    This stage covers:

  • Before we begin, it helps to gather:

  • Typically, consultations take 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and responsiveness of your team.


    During this time, we’ll conduct a combination of phone calls, video meetings, and design questionnaires to clarify your requirements.

    Once the consultation is complete, we move directly into the Design stage.

Design

  • The design phase transforms your vision into a practical, compliant, and fully functional mobile clinic layout.

    This is where clinical insight meets design precision — ensuring every square centimetre of space works hard for your team.

  • To begin the design phase, we’ll need:

    • Confirmation of your selected vehicle (or at least the make/model)

    • Approval of the proposed layout concept from consultation

    • Confirmation of key clinical equipment and storage needs

    Our designers and engineers then collaborate to ensure every component — from power supply to cabinetry — aligns with Australian Standards and medical compliance requirements.

  • Design typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on project complexity and number of revisions.

    You’ll have multiple opportunities to review and refine your design before it’s finalised and ready for production. Once approved, your project moves seamlessly into the Build stage. Through this stage you continue to have the opportunity to make changes as necessary

Construction

  • Once the design is approved, the build phase begins.


    Every element is constructed using durable, medical-grade materials, ensuring the mobile clinic is hygienic, compliant, and built to last.


    Attention is given to every detail — from electrical and plumbing systems to cabinetry, insulation, and flooring — creating a space that supports safe and efficient clinical care.
